Is there a fee for Sportsline to take our team and individual athlete sports portraits for photo day?
Typically, there are no initial fees associated with the photo day hosting program. Sportsline provides tailored agreements to suit the specific needs of your league. Additionally, we offer a "Give Back" program that your association or league can utilize as a fundraising opportunity.
My athlete missed photo day due to illness or travel, can we schedule a makeup photoshoot?
Absolutely! Reach out to our team to schedule a makeup session at our studio located in Ramsey, MN. Our welcoming staff will assist you in selecting a convenient time for your athlete's photoshoot. Keep in mind that depending on the team image style selected on your original photo day, your player may only have an individual photo taken.

Do you provide social media images with photo purchases?
Every image comes with a digital download purchase option for sharing on social media.
What is a Memory Mate?
An 8x10 Composite print features a personal image, a team photo, and the association logo. To place your order, choose your individual picture and select the Memory Mate option. The team photo will be automatically included using the standard image from the team's photo gallery.
How big are the sports portrait magnets?
Sportline's Mini Sports Magnets are 2.5” x 3.5” (wallet size). Large Sports Magnets are 3.5” x 5”
Online Order Processing Questions
How do I apply my credit to my order?
To start, make sure you're logged into your Sportsline Customer Portal. If you have a credit on your account, it will appear on the checkout screen as you input your player's information. If you don't see your credit displayed, reach out to our office, and we will be glad to assist you!
How do I get the Early Bird Discount?
The Early Bird Discount is offered for a short period. If it's still applicable for your team's photo day, you'll notice the discount message at the top of your photo gallery. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout for orders of $25 or more, so there's no need for a coupon code. If you don't see the discount message, it means the opportunity for the discount has ended.
How long until my order is processed?
Allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed. We strive to handle orders promptly; however, during busy seasons it’s possible that some orders may be processed closer to the end of that timeframe.
Why won’t the digital background that I selected show on the photo I want to purchase?
Digital backgrounds are available for images with the filename ending in “.png” only, and that show the background option change in the preview image. Images with “.jpg” will be printed with the background seen in the image.
How can I order from multiple galleries?
If you're looking to order from several galleries due to your kids participating in multiple sports, you can do so without incurring extra shipping costs. Please reach out to our office by email, online chat, or phone, and our team will be happy to help you.
How can I order a "buddy photo"?
Order any package or item featuring your chosen "buddy photo." Keep in mind that the selected image will be applied to all items unless specified as "team" in your order. If you’d like a buddy photo of your athletes but they missed the photo day, don’t worry! You can still get one created. Simply reach out to our office and our team will assist you. Please note that a small photo shop fee will apply.
